International Marble & Granite Supply, Inc./Stone city was founded in 1991 in the state of Illinois, to cater the increasing boom in the construction industry and ever-increasing demand for natural stone like granite, marble, slates, travertine, and sandstone.
IMG decided to provide a one-stop shop for tiles, slabs, counter tops, and medallions in natural stone. With imported fabrication machinery from Italy and natural stones from Brazil, India, Italy, China, Turkey, Jerusalem, and Spain, IMG has emerged as the largest fabricator and installer of granite counter tops in the Chicago area. IMG has experienced tremendous growth over the past two years, with inclusion of cabinets, appliances, hard wood, and doors and their newly developed, large show room, complete with design layouts. Customers, designers, and architects with unique needs are extremely happy and satisfied with the fast turn around of their kitchen and bath remodeling projects.
