Carmen and his well-trained staff are based in Cleveland, Ohio and they have been baking their gourmet products since September of 2005. They currently sell six different varities of gourmet brownies: chocolate, toffee, peanut butter, mint, caramel, and mocha. With the opening of their new online store, they can now sell directly to the general public through online sales, but they can also now offer their products to coffee shops and restaurants.
