About

About 20 years ago I started weightlifting because I wanted to get stronger as well as add some muscle to my body. As time went on I started to like what I saw when I looked in the mirror.

Of course that gave me the continued motivation and at the same time raised my self esteem to a level where I was feeling so great that I new this would be a life-long commitment. I also played soccer, ishockey, gymnastics etc. During my many years in the gym helping people from all walks of life and guideing them with workout routines for all different areas of the body. One thing that got my attention was the need for ab workouts.

People were doing all kinds of exercises for their abs without any noticeable results. The one thing that got me passionate about this was the need people had to tighten, strengthen and tone their lower ab section. I developed great abs as time passed and researched and worked closely with a top professional trainer who also works as a physiotherapist with lower abs being his specialty.

His credentials are broad. He holds semianars for doctor’s. He is a licensed personal trainer, a licensed post-rehabilitation trainer and a licensed nutritionist. He has been working as a physiotherapist since 1994.

He is often called in to lecture within nutrition, training, health and sports injuries. So between my 20 years experience training at the gym and having read many books on traning with his documented credentials makes us very qualified you must agree. So if you are really serious about achieving that flat, strong and toned lower ab section your jouney is just minutes away. For more information visit www.lowerab-workouts.com.
