Acquired in 2002, Candy Plus offers the chocolate expertise of its sister-owners, Kathryn Whitaker and Kim Velez.  With a background in art design and experience working with major production studios in Burbank, Kathryn pays special attention to the style, detail, and appeal of each product Candy Plus offers.  Kim graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena as a pastry chef, and utilizes her experience to ensure that all products and candy molds meet the high quality and usability a pastry chef would expect in her own kitchen.
